WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB are all acceptable forms of payment.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I GET MY GIFTS IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

Orders must be placed before December 8th, 2021 to ensure delivery before Christmas.  Orders placed after that date may or may not arrive in time for the Holiday.   

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time, but we would like to in the future! Please send us an email at yello@yinzerclothing.com to request that you would like to see us offer gift cards and we will make sure you are the first to know when that happens!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer returns for misprinted/damaged/defective unsealed items that are submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  Orders shipped to the wrong address or that go unclaimed, will incur reshipment costs.

HOW DO I REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

You can report problems with an order by following these simple steps:

  1. Email us at yello@yinzerclothing.com

  2. Type "Product Support" in the subject line for quick reference

  3. In the body of the email, write up your problem in detail and attach relevant photos where possible.


Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
